Terms of Service
Last updated November 3, 2026
Harmony is a household organisation app — shared chores, calendar, shopping lists, meals and more. It is made and run by Edwards Namwanja, based in Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Harmony you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need an account to use Harmony. Keep your sign-in details safe; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. Adults create households and can add kid profiles for children in their care; children don’t have their own accounts.
You can delete your account at any time from Household settings or on our delete-account page. Delete my account
Using Harmony fairly
Use Harmony for your own household. Don’t use it to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload content you don’t have the right to share, or to try to break, overload or get around the app’s limits and security. AI features have a fair-use allowance each month so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone.
What you put in Harmony stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the app for you and your household, as our Privacy Policy explains. Privacy Policy
Free and Harmony Plus
The everyday app is free. Harmony Plus is an optional subscription for the whole household at $6.99 a month or $69.99 a year (US dollars; sales tax or VAT is added where it applies). Every new household gets its first month of Plus free, once.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; Plus then stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Payments
On the web and on computers, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders.
In the Android app, subscriptions are bought and managed through Google Play, under Google Play’s terms and refund policy.
We may change prices for the future. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before then.
Refunds
If Harmony Plus isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of a web payment and you’ll get a full refund. Refund policy
Changes and availability
We keep improving Harmony, so features may change. We work hard to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we make a big change to these terms, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
Liability
Harmony is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
